Black-water Rafting Waitomo

Black-water experience is an adventure that will have you climbing, black water tubing, leaping and floating through the Waitomo Caves, you'll take leaps of faith over cascading waterfalls, abseiling  and float serenely down an underground river as you enjoy the glow worm show on the vaulted limestone galleries up above. Includes rafting experience, bagel and hot drink

National Park

Tongariro Crossing is described as one of the best one day treks in New Zealand. The 17km walk will take you through an amazing lunar landscape peppered with craters, volcanic rock, active geothermal areas, mountain springs and emerald lakes.  It will take about 7 – 9 hours to allow time for photos, lunch and breaks.

There are many other beautiful short walks that leave from Whakapapa Village such as Ruapehu Crater (5 hours), Whakapapaiti Valley (5 hours), Taranaki Falls (2 hours)
